Join the William Ferris Chorale on February 22nd for an evening celebrating how choral music lives, breathes and is made today - with two world premieres, the return of our partnership with Lake View High School, and an exciting celebration of choral music in Chicago.

WFC artists will share a set of works by living composers writing today that highlight how composers reimagine what choral music means, and how it sounds.

You will hear dazzling new sounds and watch our artists make music in new ways. Together, with students from Lake View High School’s Emerging Voices initiative, we will share a world premiere of a new work written in collaboration as part of this partnership with local composer Cristian Larios, as well as a new work by the winner of the Illinois Chapter of the American Choral Directors Association 2025 Composer Award.
